In our experience with our current camper (Genesis unit) and our previous camper (Concertone unit) the unit is starting to fail. In both campers we had to replace the units. I did try their factory reset of pressing and holding the mode button for 10 seconds to shut the unit off but that was no help. Had they not been covered by the warranty I would have shopped around for a different brand as the replacement would have been around $400 which is very pricey for the length of time they last.
