Just wondering if the televisions ordered from the manufacturer are 12volt. Kind of wondering why the price on the option list is so high. Thank-you for your replies.

Mine was not 12 volt. Either plugged in to shore power or running the genny to watch TV.

The factory rep. told me the TV through them is more expensive becuase "they" are liable if it fails in your 2 year warranty period. When you buy the TV (I suggest you do) you become liable to mount it and service it shouldd the need arise.

Get yourself a good name brand LCD on your own.

Very happy with the picture quality, especially over-the-air HD, of the 22" Visio purchased on sale at Target last spring for $269. I use a stereo Y adaptor, $3.99 at wally world, to run the sound from the headphone jack on the TV to one of the Aux inputs on the receiver to utilize the trailer's speakers. Surround Sound now instead of the TV's small speakers.

I have a 22" AOC in the bedroom and a 32" AOC in the living room. Both are from Costco. So far, so good.
