Trailer bumper strong enough for bike rack?

I want to get a trailer hitch receiver installed on the rear bumper of my Zinger 19RDS like this oneso I can attach my bike rack with 1 bike on it. The bike weighs 32 pounds and the rack weighs 25 pounds for a total of 57 pounds. I have the standard 4" hollow bumper used to store sewer hose.

Does anyone know if this bumper can support this weight safely?? Or anyone have experience doing this or any other alternatives? I'm passing on the ladder rack as I've heard stories of the ladder coming loose from the added wear and tear.

In most cases the bumper is not strong enough to carry anything like that. At most they are good for a spare tire.

even with added bracing, the welds on our original bumper tore apart and we almost lost the bike rack and bikes. Cut the original off, put heavier guage 5" square tube on with re-inforcement back to frame. Nothing moves now.

We modified our rear bumper to support a double rack.
