went up on the roof today to install the wingman to the antenna, can't do it, the antenna folds down very close to the sewer vent tops, works fine with no attachments but once the wingman is installed it will not clear the vent covers, my question is has anybody moved the antenna, I just need a few inches to clear the vent...thanks for the help...

Can you turn it enough from the inside so it will clear the vent with the Wingman installed?

Hi, keith, noit cant be moved without moving the whole unit, the antenna lays in a "u" shaped grove and it has to lay there to lay flat, I jusr need a few inches to clear the wingman, I called the local RV shop, he said about an hours labor to move the antenna, may well be woth 100.00 to have them do it...

I think I mayface the same problem. When I was on the roof last week to replace a vent cover, I eyeballed the clearance from the antenna to a vent and it looked like it might be close. How far does the wingman stick out from the main antenna? I can get the digital channels okay right now but hope to improve for some of the places we camp.

Shoetravel, the wingman sticks out 9" from the base of the antennna, I think I will have the shop move the antenna, I dont see a reason it can't be turned, I need 3 or 4" for a good fit, I replace all the vent covers with the cyclone covers but it made no difference...shop guy said about an hour to move the antenna...
