TV cable problem

New to this so I hope I'm posting this correctly. We bought a new Hampton 380 FK in Sept. 2014, put it in a campground, where we previously had an RV. So far we love it, but we can't get TV in bedroom to pick up cable channels. Had no problem with same site and same TV in old RV. TV in livingroom works great. I called the dealer, they said I don't have TV settings correct, but I tried the bedroom TV in the livingroom and it did pick up channels there. So I think the problem is in the bedroom cable hookup. Any ideas?

Probably a loose connection. Pull the covers and chase the wires the best you can. Something may be disconnected.
