I found a split in the under belly where it curves down it is about 8 inches long and runs from side to side. I thought it would be durable and last longer than 3 years. CR has already replaced the rear section of it for other reasons. would tape alone be enough, not much to attach to. I tried taking pics but was realy hard to see. any thoughts

Had to deliberately cut ours 3 years ago to repair gate valve on gray tank. Used eterna bond tape to reseal. Still there. Just make sure you clean surface first.

When you say "underbelly" are you refering to the fiberglass or the black underside covering? If it is the fiberglass and unit is in warranty, I would have it repaired by Crossroads. I can't think of any curves in the black undercovering.

Was refering to the black underside and mine turn twice and was cracked on door side of both turns. I picked up a couple feet of black tape from dealer and screwed underbell to a strap that was there then taped. I'll keep an eye on it. May have to pick Randy's brain about it.
