my 2008 suntrail has metal around the slide out is coming away from the fraim. co. i bourght the rv from went out of buisness . and i do not know where to take to can you help.

Call Crossroads @ 888.226.7496 and ask for the customer service department. Ask them where the closest service center is to your location. Or if you are close to the factory you can take it to the service center there.

You can also look online to see the nearest dealer on the home page, dealer locator.

some dealers who do not sell Crossroads trailers will do the work, you pay them and Crossroads will sent you a check. this happened to me.

Call Crossroads to make sure you will be reembursed for the work.
