Water getting into RV

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this, I am new to the whole RV scene.

Buying this RV (https://www.exploreusa.com/product/n...35mbh-949839-5) back in June, we had never had this problem beforehand.

Water appears to be leaking onto the floor through the corners of the main pullout when it rains. One of the leaks appears to be underneath the cabinet in the corner of the RV.

This may or may not be related to our water storage tank falling out from under the rv due to overfilling about a month ago. (Apparently it was not supported in the middle, and this is a common issue. We plan to have it repaired in November.)

The Explore USA link you posted is dead so no one has any idea which trailer you own. You might want to mention this so folks can have a better idea how to answer. Also, glad to see another Texan on this board! Welcome.

It's looking like an issue related to poor construction like cracks in the external light sections, roofs or rusting in pipes. You should also check if you forget to close any winder properly. The improper use of a water pressure regulator could also become a reason of this flooding in RV. However, you should share your situation with us in detail.

FIRST response by owner to a rain leak on a slide should be close the slide immediately to minimize damage; I have read of owners wanting to winter store theirs outside w/ slides deployed, an INVITATION to total damage; 2nd should be a close inspection of leveling and all seals AFTER the rain stops.

Last year we noticed that the floors in both of our slides were rotted out. We believe that the water is getting in between where the walls meet the floor. The fiberglass does not go all the way down on the exterior. It stops about 6 inches above the floor. So if any water gets in between the fiberglass and the bottom skirt it goes into the RV. The carpet that's attached to the main floor so the slide out can slide on it was installed prior to the walls. So if water on the exterior reaches the spot where the walls and the floor meet it just wicks the water right in. Very poor design I would have to say.

If your crossroads didn't have any problems, that would be a problem.
