Thank you to all of you who chimed in. I do have hot water and both in electric and LP mode. It was the bypass valve that was the culprit. Wouldn't let water in the tank.

I have a 2014 32QB. I believe the valves have to be in these positions to run hot water. Can someone confirm?

I also have a 32QB. You should have electric AND LP.

I am constantly disappointed as many of these questions, I expect, would have been answered if the dealer took the time to help educate during PDI.
