True or False, assuming the panel bulb is not burned out, the water heater is not activated (not trying to heat water) when the red light is off? My reason for asking is a sanity check.
We have our RV winterized and all water is drained out of the hot water tank. So when we plug in to electricity, the water heater should not 'automatically' kick on and try to heat water. Don't want to burn the heater out because sometimes we plug in to electricity while parked at home but not hooked up to water. For example, to open slides for loading up for next trip, or to clean inside, or whatever....
