Water leak: need Step Cone Washer

I have a tiny water leak at the city water inlet, inside the trailer. After taking it apart I discovered the "step cone washer" was crushed at installation. I've taken a washer from another source for now, but I need to order some.

Anybody know how to order these? Can't find them on Amazon. Went to every plumbing parts store in Brownsville. Can't even find them with a google search.

Outside diameter is 3/4", Inside hole diameter is 1/2" 3/8" tall.

It looks like this, but it has a 1/2" ID hole.

Do a search for 1/2" id rubber cone washers. The big box stores or any rv supply / parts dealer.

Try Esco 1/2” replacement cone, or the same for Elkhart supply. That should get you the right ones. You have to be careful though. Quest ones are slightly different size.

1/2" cone washers:

This appears to be the Step Washer. Could not find this any of the 3 box stores or 6 plumbing supply stores I visited.

The step washers not sure of but our local Loews had the cone washers with the pex fittings. Had to get some when i changed the water heater check valve.

1/2" cone washers:

None of the orders I placed above produced the correct cone washer.

However, I finally found it here. If you need the 1/2" cone washers for your plumbing connections this is it.

I ordered 40 and plan to change all of them out every 24 months. I also installed moisture detectors below each faucet and water connection. They are relatively inexpensive and various styles avail on amazon. It's been over two weeks and I still can't get the cabinet face frame dried out. Just can't dry plastic coated compressed cardboard.
