Water Pump

I have a 2014 Crossroads Longhorn Edition, and the water pump seems to have gone out. Do I have to access the pump from under the trailer? Model shows md32db. On tag it shows trailer LHF32DB14. Any help would be great!

It will be accessible from the inside somewhere. under the sink, near the water heater? May have to unscrew a panel. It i probably an "Ardes' or some thing that sounds like that . mine went after 3 weeks and replaced with flo jet.

I've looked everywhere under the sink. Unscrewed all the panels to no avail. Looked under the seats, in the cabinets near the electrical and pulled the foam out from around the tank underneath. Nothing! I will try maybe in the cabinet that backs up to the water heater and see if maybe that's where it's hiding. Thanks for the input.

I already suggested the water heater....but oh we'll.

Mine is located under bed in the front. You get to it from the cargo bin area which is under the bed. You can also get to the fresh water tank and the hot water heater from the cargo bin. This is on a 2012 Slingshot M19

It will not be located under the trailer floor (but might be in the basement). Anyway, it should be located somewhere between the fresh water tank and the water heater. That is because it must have a pick up tube into the tank and it must tie to the water system just prior to it splitting into hot and cold lines.

Mine have always been near the water heater which makes sense because it is your water source without city water. Nothing makes sense in these things though, so it could be anywhere. My friend has a crossroads and I found hers under the built in side table between the two chairs in the back. At first it was no where near any other services, then I realized the fresh water tank fill was behind it. If I didn't have the awful sound to chase I never would have found it.

So maybe look for a hiding spot near the fresh water fill.

Mine is under the sink behind the bottom drawer. Not ever close to the water heater.

Mine was mounted on the floor behind the kitchen drawers. What a PITA to work on through the drawer openings. When I had to replace it I decided to move it to the basement near the front of the 5th wheel. I had to run additional water lines but now it's very easy to get to. Plus I mounted it on block of wood with a cushion of foam to make it a little quieter.
