I recently purchased a 2009 Zinger 25rk and find that the water tank drain is very inconvenient to reach. You have to crawl under the rv to reach the plug. Has anyone extended the drain to the side or back and if so have any suggestions on the best way to do it?????

I would have to agree on the drain location. Mine was far underneath, near the wheel. I took the drain fitting out, and replaced it with a 90 plastic elbow, some food grade tubing, and a plastic ball valve that I attached to the frame.
Much easier now, and a convienient way to fill the dogs water bowl!

Thanks for the suggestion. Did you have to go to an rv store or just a regular hardware store for the items???

Just from Home Hardware, took the old fitting with me to match up. Good luck!
