I went to the factory to have the two end caps replaced on the main slide. While I was there I had them put on the Equa- Flex with the wet bolt. They were done in Hour and forty-five minutes. Randy was great as usual and the guys were very neat on there work. It is well worth the drive for me to have the factory dothework on our Cruiser.They do a great job and it doesn't take them long. And the price is also a good deal and the job being done right the first time.

I would agree with you and wish when I had my troubles I could have taken it to the factory but I am much to far away and had to put up with dealer repairs< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall;" id="jsProxy" =""><div id="ref">

I was one of the luckey one ,I had great results with my dealer.

We too had the Equa-Flex installed by the factory service dept when we had our axles replaced.



Excellent work by the factory service dept, great price and we had a lot of fun too. Spent a few extra days in the area for a mini vacation.







I will take my rig to them every two years.
