What is my roof made of?

I have a 2004 Crossroads Cruiser TT. What is the roof made of? I was reading the Dicor thread and was wondering if I had the same thing and also is Spic n Span the way to go to clean it?



Also what to use to clean the trailer itself? I have some was/wax that the dealer sold to me is it good stuff? The name of it is Gel-Gloss Heavy duty RV wash and wax and is fortified with Carnuba wax. Any thoughts on using this stuff to wash and wax? Anyone used this stuff before?

I'm sure you have a standard rubber roof.Spic and Span will do real well for cleaning the roof.Sometimes I use what I was the camper with.The wash the dealer sold you is a good product,may cost a little more than wal-mart stuff,maybe better to.I usually buy the regular awning cleaner at wal-mart for that job.

Spic-N-Span will work fine on your roof. Just wash the trailer sides when you are done.



I have been using Gel Gloss Wash for years now. It works great and a little goes a long ways. You can get it at Camping World but some Home Depots carry it. I also use the Gel Gloss Wax for the exterior and have an aerosol can of it that we use on the inside once we have everything clean. We spray it on the sinks, shower and counter tops and it gives them a nice shine and keeps them fromgetting dirty as fast on the next trip.
