Why Is

I have been on this forum for only a few months and 99% of all topics are problems with the trailer they purchased
I have a 3 month old Jefferson that is the biggest POS
Thought all the problems where going to be fixed
Until mark quit crossroads, I had hope
Now I am told I need to start over so 3 months waisted
I really can't figure out where the pride in people in the US has gone
No one cares how they do there job or anything else as long as they get a check
No one has any pride in what they do or
Consideration for anyone else.
It just seems everyone is in a hurry
Just my thoughts
In God I trust and no one else

Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. To answer your question, I think you see so many issues here because the ones with issues tend to be the most vocal. Also, the ones with issues tend to be the ones looking for a place to get help. You will find issues with every brand out there. Search any forum, you'll find issues. That said, crossroads old management led to what seems like lots of customer service issues. New management seems to have taken steps back in the right direction. Call them, get them helping you and let us know how it turns out.

I have called them last Monday I was told mark Quinn
The person who you where dealing with is gone
Please submit everything again
So now I must wait once more
Now the repair company can't do anything till it gets reapproved
So now I must call every day again

I agree with your assessment of American quality. It seems that there is a lack of pride in anything anymore. Our economy is a house of cards and everyone seems to be happy as long as they have money on paper. I hope we come to our senses before the house of cards comes crashing down.

Rant complete. Hope you get all your problems with your camper resolved. I know it is frustrating for you, but I suggest that you give them a chance. Thor apparently recognized that they went too far the wrong way with Crossroads and are trying to get some of the reputation for quality and customer service back. Be polite, but firm and call them often. The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

My post was not intended to complain about my problems I am having
It was mainly about the whole picture of problems we all face
Weather its a trailer ,car,boat,house. Ect.
It just how people in the US just don't seem to care about
Anything but the dollar or them selves
PS I use Mobil 1 to keep the gears greased

Tony and Joanne, many have vented(us as well) and you are among friends here, many who have had to go through exactly what you are experiencing. We are sympathetic to your plight and will encourage and support you the entire way through to resolution. My husband and I are among the CR Rushmore owners who have found satisfaction working through a reputable service center. Are there any close to you? We really struggled until we found one that would work with us. They stayed on top of the issues until resolution. We are very happy with our Lincoln now.
We so agree- In God We trust! Man is imperfect and fallen. As we see it, the work force that had the knowledge and skills, as well as the work ethic is a lost generation. The generation employed by the factories, seem to have neither. They are not adequately trained and/or paid to make it worth it to do the job needed. And therein lies the issue. Many here have done the repairs themselves rather then trust that work force. Based on our experience working with CR, you may be the one to do the work, but it will take longer for you to get the parts and compensation. We do hope you get the satisfaction you need and can enjoy your beautiful Rushmore very soon!

Good luck my friend. It is so sad the B/S they sell you. How great their product is. But its made of alot of cheap crap. And cheap workmanship. I going to repeat myself. Cheap workmanship. No quality control. Again Good luck buddy.

The 2 CR trailers I have owned have been trouble free.
