Winegard Air 360 not working
I just picked up a 2019 crossroads SS331BH to replace my 2014 Jayco that was crushed by a tree (with us in it). I have it on a seasonal spot.
My Jayco had the crank up/manual rotate style antenna and I could get it in a sweet spot to get about 12 channels.
The new camper has a Winegard Air360 and I'm getting nothing. The power/amplify button turns the light on.
Not sure what I can do for diagnostics.
I've tried 2 TVs and two different coax cables to eliminate the most basic things.
Also have a question about how to wire signal to the other TVs. There is the amplified jack then a second jack below it which I assume splits off to the other TVs. I'm guessing I need to put a splitter on the amplified jack and feed the main tv back to the second jack? The documentation from crossroads is a joke.

Welcome to the forum. My omnidirectional works about as good as the crankup I had on my old TT. At least I don't have to move it when I change channels.

As far as I know from my home and TT DTV experiences the signals are line of sight for the most part. Therefore elevation of the antenna is a determining factor. That sad, those low profile omni's are about 2' lower than the old crank ups and might just be the difference.

Thanks for the input.
I bounced through a few forums and found other posts where people just couldn't get anything with the Air 360 when in the same spot with an old crank up they got plenty of channels. So for now, I'm just going to put a different antenna on a mast off the back ladder. Maybe when I can get the RV into my shop I'll take the Air 360 off/ apart and see what I can do with it.
I'll just run a coax to the cable input on the side of the RV for now.
Any ideas what this lower coax jack might be? The amplified Winegard jack has inputs for both cable and antenna, and outputs for all the TVs on the back side. So I really have no idea what that lower jack is or where it goes.
Edit: The picture rotated when I uploaded it, so the jack to the right is the lower one.

I do have one of these handy dandy tools I'll take with me next time I go, so I'm sure I can figure the layout out. These things are awesome when you have a pile of unlabeled coax cables.

The second connection should be for cable and has nothing to do with the antenna.

Do you have 2 connections outside? If so, the 2nd connection is probably goes to the satellite connection outside.

That would make sense, but if there is, I don't see it. I've only seen the one cable hookup.

I’d verify the coax is good. Figure out a way to test it. Also test if there is power through the coax from the switch/plug or are their separate wires. Make sure you are hooked to the correct coax connector in cabinet.
It could also be as simple as a technician crossing the coax on the back of the connection plate.
Don’t hesitate to call winegard to ask how to test the AIR360 before pulling it. I’ve found them to be very helpful.

I'll tidy things up this fall. Just used the cable input jack for now .
And yes, I traced all the coax wires and some were hooked up wrong. Still didn't work after they were corrected
With this antenna I get more channels than I did with my crank up.

All Fitting were loose on our Key TV
We could not pick up anything on our new Keystone 24RDS. “EVERY” fitting was loose on the Key Tv box, on back of tv, and at and on back on the cable outlet cover. Tightened it all then it worked. Sad workmanship from keystone….
