Wiper slides

I have a 2017 Crossroads Sunset Trail Ultra Lite 331BH. My slide out wiper seals are ripped and I want to replace them. I have tried two RV sales/service places and nobody seems to have what I need. My wiper seals are L shaped with a 1 1/2 inch wiper and a 1/4 flange that slides into a channel. Does anyone know a part number or manufacture so I can buy the right replacement?? A dealer told me there are no Crossroad build sheets or parts list to go by. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be the same as my 2017.

Ok guys, I got the Norco seals from Tiara. They are perfect and were easy to install. 10 minutes a slide. Should I be spraying something on my slide walls to make it easier for the wiper seal to go back and forth??
