I got a pair at Camping World when we were going through Colorado a few years back. Wouldnt be without them now. I find them to be very functional and reliable.

I have a set of the new BAL X-tended X chocks on my 2013 300BH. The wider stance of the newer Sunset Trails require the wider chocks. I've found they work better the plastic ones. IMHO.

Adds some stability to the trailer. Have used them for years.

Really stop the for/aft rocking movement. Also good for stopping the trailer from moving when unhooking.

Been using them for several years. Better than a pocket on a shirt.

Where did you find these?
Our local camping supply stores don't have them. I used them alot with our older conventional axled trailer, and miss them!

I only purchased 1, do I really need to lock both sets of wheels?

If you are on level ground, probably not. However, if you are aren't level, there is a chance the side you don't lock will roll forward or back and turn the unit, sort of how a tractor does when you engage the brake only on one side. I always put them in both sides.

Both wheels locked will prevent the trailer from moving even better. I still use wheel chocks as a backup.

For lack of the right terminology, I call it a small load binder. You should be able to pick them up at just about any hardware store.

The binder I'm using is way smaller then what is being shown in your links. If you look real close you should be able to see there isn't any grab hooks on the ends, it's just a piece of round stock that they bent over in a u.
It doesn't take a very big binder to tighten the wedges into the tires. If you run an eye bolt thru the wedges and make it long enough so there some adjustment, then you can fine tune it for tightness.
