2016 Hill Country

Hi all. Registered on here awhile back but never posted anything. We took our 5th wheel into dealership for a very dangerous recall Crossroads sent me and decided to also get some warranty issues addressed. I was just notified by my dealer Crossroads has denied some of the warranty repairs that we listed.
Question: Does anyone know who I can personally contact at Crossroads concerning these items. All items were due to poor workmanship or items that have never worked and are included in my limited warranty. Thanks for any info....and don't get me wrong....we love our 5th Wheel.

I don't have a name any more for contact. Seems like things/personnel change there so often a person can't keep up with them.

Do you have this contact #? Customer Service: 855-226-7496
Another thought, Is your rig more then one year old? In other words did you purchase it more then one year ago?

Yes, maybe they are going by the mfg date and not the purchase date

It's a 2016 Hill Country by Crossroads and within warranty period. I'll try calling them at the customer service number next week.

They authorized some items but denied others. I mean the hole for the bedroom door latch doesn't come close to matching where it could close. One of the ones they denied. Poor workmanship and gets denied. I can fix it but the point is for the price I paid for this I'm not impressed. My dealer is going to fix 4 items they denied just because they know Crossroads is wrong.

Good to hear the ExploreUSA is stepping up to fix the issues CR didn't.
