Hi Everyone,

I just joined the forum. My husband and I just picked up a used 2008 Seville 35CK. We are new to RVing. The unit is very nice by unfortunately we did not get any manuals and are haviing a hard time with the TV. The picture is not clear and by going to the menu have not been able to clear up picture. Called Crossroads and they told me that because they do not sell the Seville anymore they do not have any manuals. Went to SVA website and found very little information on it. Does anyone out there have this TV (42" SVA)? If so is your picture clear. Does anyone have an old manual they could email me. Would appreciate any help you can give me!!!

Thanks!

Hi,

I am also new to the forum, joined just yesterday.

Not sure what model SVA you have but the following link seems to have manuals

http://www.retrevo.com/samples/SVA-manuals.html

Picture should not be fuzzy of course, most likely not a set-up thing. Might need some service to correct.

Good Luck

Thanks for the link. I did try that site but did not have the right manual. Might have to go with the service.

Is the antenna amplifier turner on? There should be a small button at the main antenna jack. Pressing the button turns on the amplifier and lights the LED "Amplifier On" indicator light. Edited by: artgpo

Are you using over the air TV thru the antenna or are you using a satellite dish? If using over the air is the antenna cranked up? Have you tried rotating it? Have you checked cable connects to be sure they are tight? These might seem like simply questions but its always good to give as much information as possible when asking for help.

Just a thought have you tried another TV one that you know works and that you know how to operate? Or brought the trailer tv into the house to check quality? Could be a wiring issue inside the trailer?
