We have one on order and expect it within the next week. Have not seen too many posts from people that have one on this site yet. Thought that was a pretty popular model...will see.

Took delivery of ours end of last season. We have only had it out five weekends, but we LOVE it. We shopped for months as we were trading up and were in no hurry. We literally toured every comparable model before settling on the 31 bh. We had not heard of Crossroads and I was hesitant, glad I took the leap.

Outside kitchen is great, love the outside entry to the bath, kids love the bunkhouse. I thought the fireplace was over the top but it isactually verynice to use when it is cool outside. It is enough heat to keep the furnace off at night when it's not too cold out.

So far no problems at all, hope our luck keeps up in this regard as we are just thrilled with the unit. Good luck with yours!

Towing with a 2011 Toyota Sequoia. It tows great, I would recommend a good sway controlling hitch not just a single bar friction one since the trailer is so long. I am sure you will see many opinions as to what you can tow with a given truck. Most of the longest and most lively threads on the rv forums have to do with tow vehicles!

How does your Ram do with the Trailer?

I went from a 28 ft trailer to the 31bh and was really concerned about how it would tow. I am at or near the limits of my tow vehicle in max weight and payload not to mention a fairly short wheelbase on the Sequoia.

I must say I was very surprised how well it tows. I don't know if the secure stance really helps or that I upgraded to an equal i zer hitch or both, but it tow better than my previous much shorter trailer.

You are all making me feel even more comfortable about pulling my 31BH with my Nissan Titan and new Equalizer hitch. Thanks!
