I just bought a 2014 Sunset Trail Reserve 32FR. I had a 2013 Salem 30QBSS. I had tons of problems with it. My buudy convinced me to trade it in for a Crossroads RV. I picked up my new camper this past weekend and have set it's maiden voyage for the first weekend in September !! I hope I have better luck with this camper than I did with my Salem!!

Welcome and good luck with your new Sunset Trail. This is a great place for info, answers to problems and just seeing what others are doing.

Welcome aboard! I, too, am a former FR owner. I hada Flagstaff TT and a Blue Ridge 5er. Loved them both. I had a few problems the first year with the Blue Ridge that had me fretting and snorting, but I had an awesome dealer who fixed everything. The second year I had zero problems with it. The only reason I sold it was my field of employment is a little uncertainthese days (coal power)and I didn't want to get caught with a camper payment and no job, so I sold it and bought an older Cruiser. So far, the Cruiser has been great for a 2007 model camper.

I hope you have great luck with your new unit. Hope you have a ball in your new rig! There are several guys on this forum that know their stuff when it comes to troubleshooting and repair, so you can probably work through most stuff on your own with their advice.

Best of luck and congrats on your new purchase. I hope you find the quality to be what your expecting in your new ST. I had a Forest River previous and other then a few minor first year issues it was one of the most reliable I've owned.

Congrats on your purchase. I picked up my unit this past friday from my dealer after some warranty repairs. Service manager stated that crossroads is easier to deal with on warranty now. Apparently, this wasn't the case last year. He stated that both forest river and crossroad is pretty good to give immediate approval for warranty service.
