I don't have the 27RL butI remember going out for the first trip with my first 5er a few years ago. I must have checked the hitch 10 times a day for the first week or so. I was SO paranoid about hooking it up wrong! I also took a few turns too close to the curb and hit the 5er tires, misrouted the emergency brake cable and had the brakes lock up on the turn out of the driveway, etc , etc. Fond memories of our first trip! Have fun on yours.

I got the same feeling with the hitch, we are so afraid to do something wrong that we all paranoid I'm just hoping that we wont have any problem for our first weekend! We spend all nights this week to get the 5th wheel ready for today! Will give you news next week of our first weekend! Have a great one too!

We picked up our Kingston 30sb a few weeks ago and I drove 250 miles over the Sierra's. I was born in '48 and and my wife says I act like I'm 12. Have fun!

Welcome to the Crossroads family. We bought our first 5'er in the fall of '06. Our first trip was 900 miles south for two months inthe winter. We prayed everything would work as advertised and it did. Have a great time.

It hasn't gone away for us after two seasons and 10,000+ miles.
Just got home several hours ago and are already planning a long weekend at the end of October hoping I can find something still open. We LOVE our Cruiser.
