Question Considering purchase of 2004 silverrado 37fl

We have been camping in a Trailmanor for the last couple years but now want to settle in a permanent campground. We are looking at a very well maintained 2004 Silverado 37fl. The 5th wheel front living room layout is very interesting. I am not familiar with the crossroads brand so any information on what to look for as far as faults go would greatly be appreciated.

Ours has been almost problem free with the exception of axle problem under warranty, but since yours is permanent that is not a concern.
If you are in an area subject to cold weather, you may want to insulate the storage compartments if that has not been done.
Like any unit with slide outs, check for any signs of leakage. Ours is not the front living room model, but have had a problem in the past with that slide sealing properly.
Good luck!
