Crazy Question

Hi all, just joined the forum because I have a question. We have a 2013 Sunset Trail 30 RE, bought it new and took off cross country. Love it! Needed a replacement part recently and was told by Camping World that Crossroads is out of business. Can't seem to verify this. Why would they tell me this when it seems that the company is alive and well?

Because they are Camping World, A lot of their Store leave a lot to be desired.
Call CrossRoads and get the dealer nearest you. At one time on their webb site they had a dealer locator. I Just check they still have it. Just google Crossroads RV Manufacture and it will bring it up
