Ecstatic new Sunset Trail ST26RB owner

Just stopping in to say hello and looking forward to joining in on discussions. The wife and I just bought a 14 ST26RB, upgrading from a 2010 1880 Lance TT (18' wo slides) so needless to say we're pretty happy with the upgrade. Brought it home yesterday and next weekend we're taking it out camping, wish us luck!

Thanks everyone! I have enjoyed browsing the threads already for upgrade and improvement ideas... love tinkering. I like the lighting ideas for the outside kitchen I have seen but also want to look into adding a cooktop so I can cook and BBQ outside. Great info about generators as well...

Welcome, glad to see you have weather nice enough to camp in. It's still way to cold here. Good luck on your break-in cruise. If you have problems, just come back here. Friendly advice and help.

Travel Well,
Jim

nice unit ...one recommendation..lower your awning one hole one one end a 2 holes on the other ..angle in case of rain.

Successful first trip but did find a few minor things, some of which I've already discussed in the forums. Still very happy with the purchase and the year to come.

Great suggestion on the awning and yes I was a firefighter for 6 years when I was a younger buck. Loving the forums and learning from everyone!
