Excited about the new camper!

We traded our 2013 Coleman 262BH in on a 2017 Sunset Trail ST320BH this weekend. We are very excited and ready to give it it's first run Labor Day weekend.
We have some pretty harsh summers here in Tennessee so we had the dealer install a 2nd A/C unit in the master bedroom, hope this works. Our last camper was not very well insulated and the A/C (imo) was not big enough for the camper. I'm a big guy and when it's hot outside by the grill or playing a few rounds of corn hole, I like to come inside and be able to cool off.
I also ordered a set of BAL locking stabilizer bars that hope to install this weekend, anyone have any experience with these?

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on the new Sunset Trail. A topper for the slide out that is not covered by the awning may also help keep the interior cooler. Enjoy the new camper.

Excited about the new camper!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new trailer. We purchased a 2016 300RK this year. We love it. We are leaving for Colorado Labor Day weekend for a two week trip. Is having two AC units new for 2017? We were told we can't add a 2nd unit on ours.

While the factory and/or dealer may claim a 2nd A/C can't be added, there are solutions that many use to add it. Just ask.

Not sure about the difference in the year models, but ours was prewired from the factory for an additional A/C.

Very nice! Do you have to walk through the front bathroom to get to the queen bed?

Its stupid, but the front of these has always been very visually appealing to me.

yes you do have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. I kinda like it because it makes it more private. this one also has the half bath in the rear where the bunkroom is with an outside entrance.
