Hello Forum from Michael and Debbie
My wife and I Recently purchased a 2019 Redwood 3951WB. Still learning the RV. Some puzzling features, RV dealer disappointments, BUT will make it best of it. We are full-timers, retired, and enjoying our lives traveling. Look forward to the worldly advise of seasoned Crossroads Owners. We joined the Redwood Forum too for advise.

Welcome aboard folks. 
The Redwood is a beautiful unit for sure, But I guess they are prone to having problems just as well as the other rigs out there. Dealer problems are the worst of all.

Welcome and congrats on the new rig,
Yes, just google "RV Dealer" and "problems" and you'll have enough stories to read for a long time. Some dealers are great and work with you when there are problems. others.. not so much.
Eventually, you'll be running down the highway and leave them in your rear view mirror. Your trailer is one of the best and luxurious out there from what I've read. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures.
Lots of "seasoned" campers on the forum here. Never be shy to ask a question. Couple folks here saved me a lot of headaches with their advice.
