Hello from Ontario Canada

Hi! Just bought a trailer and am excited to figure how everything works. A few little glitches to iron out. I hope this community can help with that and in the best places to camp.

Welcome to the forum from another Ontarian! Where in Ontario are you? It's a huge province! That would help with the campground recommendations.

What model did you buy? Lots of information available here from many people who have "been there, done that"!

Welcome from Nova Scotia

First thing to do is fill our your signature with your camper and tow vehicle - that makes it easier for the forum to provide help. Second thing - have a great summer camping!

Hi Loneoak,
Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm from the Ottawa region. I bought a Rockwood Ultra-Lite 27ft Trailer. So far no huge issues. A leak, we found and fixed and our fridge is too cold. There doesn't seem to be s thermistor (or any wires for one to attach to the fridge).

Welcome to the CrossRoads family! We are so excited to hear about your adventures in your new TT. (What product did you purchase?!)

If you ever have questions or concerns, the forum is a woooonderful place to get input from other RV owners just like yourself. I may be a little biased, but I believe we have one of the best customer bases around

Please share all things. Stories, photos, adventures, where you are going next. We love to hear it all!

Journey on!

We are also from the Ottawa area!

One campground we really like is Higley Flow State Park in NY State, near Canton. It's a beautiful park with large, paved sites, lots of trees, a beach with a lifeguard, an awesome playground and nice hiking trails. We used to go there a lot when the kids were young, and our daughter now takes her own kids there. It's one of the area's best kept secrets!

Are you going to the factory rally next week? We went last year and had an amazing time. We are going this year.

Very cool! We bought a Rockwood Ultra-Lite. I need to renew my passport. I will have to try Higley. It sounds perfect. How wonderful you are also from the Sanrio region. I've been at River are Provincial Park testing out the trailer for a week and a bit. Close enough to home in case of issues but bear the beach to cool off in this heat wave. Our next booking is the KOA in Pittston. It is only 16 min. from my house, lol. We'll be venturing further soon enough

Kemptville is pretty close to us!

A Rockwood is not a Crossroads product, however. I don't know if that is an issue here.

Our daughter has a Crossroads Sunset Trail and has been thinking of trying that KOA with her kids.
