Hello from southeast Louisiana.

We will be buying a new Cruiser Aire CR-32BH next week so I thought I may as well join the forum. Looking forward to getting to meet everyone.

Well we didn’t buy it yet. Drove to Tx yesterday and went through the camper. Everything was good except some damage on the interior wall in the kitchen. How that happend idk but they said it will be repaired by this morning. If the repair isn’t up to my standards (which I doubt it will be) I am going home without it. I think the panel will need to be replaced. Follow up coming later today.

If they don't fix it before you buy they will never fix it after you pay for it no mater what they say

100% agree. There is a dealer close to home but they didn’t have what we want so either way it won’t come back here for service regardless.

This was the closest one to us. We came home without it yesterday. They agreed to replace the panel and trim where the damage was along with a couple other things that needed attention. They also gave another $250.00 off the price to cover most of our expenses for this trip so we were good with that.

They actually did a pretty good job fixing it but we could still see that it wasn’t right. At least they are working with us though. I will update when we know more.

Wasn’t really worried that we didn’t take it home as it most likely won’t get used until April or May and they compensated us for expenses.

We drove back to Texas yesterday to inspect the repairs. They replaced the panel and trim like they promised and the wall looks factory fresh again. The manual roof vent in the master bedroom had a bad gearbox and they were supposed to replace the gearbox. Went check it and they replaced it with a powered roof vent with a remote, that was a nice surprise. Took it home today but didn’t get home until after dark due to some really bad traffic jams in Baton Rouge. This is a photo I took on the way home at a truck stop.
