Hello from Texas

Hello, we have rented a few campers and went with friends a few times, we are complete noobs and I been lurking on this site for a while. The camper we have put a deposit down on is in the signature.

I am a bit nervous, our first time out the trailer came unhitched. Pretty dang scary and a lot of lessons learned. We were going to rent a few more times but this deal was just too amazing and this is exactly the configuration we want.

Some upgrade, 2 15k AC, electric stabilizers jacks, 50 AMP circuit, tri-fold couch, max fan in the bathroom, solid glass shower door, 30# LP tanks, outside kitchen, power tongue jack, extreme weather package.

Also comes with a lifetime warranty if I take it to them for service once a year at 250.00 cost. I don't know if this is worth it, time will tell.

Found the PDI checklist if we proceed, can't find any info on it though. Nothing good, nothing bad, just congrats.

Welcome. Best of luck on your new Crossroads. I like the idea of the lifetime warranty for 250. But, have it defined in writing about what is and is not covered.

Well it is 250 a year, for service and it has to have a list of things maintenamced. They are one of 90 dealerships in the US that do this type of warranty. May be cheaper to just get an aftermarket warranty.

Welcome to the forum.. I too like the warranty idea as long as you stay in that area for a long time it may work out and if they have a good maintenance dept.
