Question I am new to the Forum but need some help

Thank you for the welcome.

I am new to the forum as our experience without our 2012 Crossroads Hampton 380 QB has been perfect for our family.

Our trailer is on blocks at a seasonal campsite in a Canadian National Park several hours from any dealerships for service issues.

Last year we began to get water under one of our rear slides as the outer rubber seal does not cover the gap on the one side. I am looking for insight on how to adjust the slide. I have searched the forum for this issue and not seen it addressed as of yet. Any suggestions are welcomed.

What type of slide it is will determine the advice that will be given. Let us know what type the slide is.
