Hi Everyone! My wife and I recently bought a used 2006 CF29CK Cruiser. Its got a few problems to work through such as tire wear due to the bad axles plus a fewminor

issues but I wanted to give everyone my thoughts so far.

This is our 4th fifth wheel and overall our 6th RV so I do have something to compare it to.

Two years ago wedecided to drop out of RVing after almost 30 years at it because ofhigh fuel prices and somelocal reasons such as storage.

Long story short we decided to jump back in anddownsize to a lighter RV. We picked Crossroads and I wanted to comment on the Cruiser construction. The last RV we had was a Cardinal fiver and the Cruiser is simply put together much better than that Forest River made RV. The Cruiseris a lotnicer in small details such ashow they nail and screw the coach together, the quality of the cabinet doors, etc.

All together for a cheaper, mid profile fifth wheel I'm impressed. Mine has some problems (as all RVs seem to) but once we work through them we should have a nice lightweight RV for our needs. I look forward to learn from all of you Crossroads experts.

Welcome to Crossroads. We are on our second Crossroads 5'er and think they are the best for the price/quality/warranty. Ask questions when you need help. Lots of good people here to help you out, I know they have helped us from time to time.

Welcome to the forum. It's been awhile since I looked at Cardinals (several years) but when I originally saw them I thought they were well constructed. Apparently things have changed.

Welcome to the forum. It is nice to have owners that have exp. with other brands. We had a Jayco and Sunnybrook previously.
