ISO anyone with 2013 Crossroads Elevation

I am in desperate need of some information! My living room slide has been a POS since I purchased new in 2013. I have had my unit in for service 3 times under warranty work. Slide will not come in.

It reared its ugly head again! I am going to fix it myself. In order to get parts.
I need an RPO#. Which is located at the top of the slide. Within 5 inches of the motor. The problem is... The repairs I had done on it. Have removed that important tag!

If anyone has a 2013 TF3612 PLEASE take a minute and look at your living room slide. See if you can find a white tag with a part number. It should be on both sides. Next to the rubber seal. Up by the slide motor.

If no one comes up with a part number call Trekwood RV parts (Tiara RV) they're good at helping with parts. Are you sure you need the whole H column assembly? Individual parts can be purchased on eBay or Amazon. Download ccd-0001768 in-wall slide-out repair kit manual it will help you with most of the part numbers.

Thanks for that information. I need to replace the track and bearing gear box. It has so much damage to it. Schwintek could get correct parts for me. If I have that number.

I have used Tiara RV in the passed and the # is 15742662136. With the virus going around, might be hard to get in?
