Just Purchased a Crossroads Zinger

I just purchased a 2017 Crossroads Zinger ZT27RL32ft travel trailer. The Crossroads brand is new to me although I've been rving for over 50 years. Is there anything I should be aware of with this brand besides it being a entry level travel trailer? Would like to here from other owners.
TIA
Mel

Just Purchased a Crossroads Zinger

I had a 2013 Zinger ZT260BH for 8 seasons and had a couple of minor issues. Wiring connection at hot water tank burnt. Simple fix and the water pump started leaking while running only. Both happened the same weekend at beginning of 8th season. One major issue was rear axle bent. Don’t know how but it was on a long trip to Yellowstone. Replaced it myself. We only sold it to get a fifth wheel.

Welcome and congratulations. I have 2012 ZT 260 BH love it.
Since 2015...Serves us very well, I’m a nut about maintenance, however I did have serious damage from a very minor unknown leak that probably was happening since new gone undetected. The two rear vertical corners the caulk looked good but through the physics of surface tension, water adhesion water seeped in for four years soaking the insulation and the wet soggy insulation rotted some floor joists and rim joist. I rebuilt it all from the bottom, removed enclosed belly coroplast, black tank, plumbing etc. rebuilding better than new. Resealed the corners with Dicor product made just for corners similar to but lighter than Eternabond then new re install corners and caulked.
I also re enforce the fresh water tank supports, because they failed, and the tank dropped. Also super mouseproofed entire camper, making it impenetrable to mice. All good now.0

Welcome to the forum.
I have a 2013 Zinger 25RB I purchased in 2016. Has served us well with the exception of the axles. Also had a problem with a bent axle - the 3,300# axles just not heavy enough even though my load was within their bearing weight. Replaced with 6,000 # axles -,no more concerns and also seems to tow better.
