Looking at a 2012 cruiser 305sk.

Hi. I'm new here and we are looking at trading our 2007 wildcTa 2012. Cruiser. We really love the layout except for the fact there is no actual bedroom door. We are hoping we can rig something up that will work. Does anyone have thoughts on this unit. Thanks

I own a 2012 305sk. After a couple proplems at first, that you can probably find on the forum , I have had very good luck. I work out of town and live in my unit for months at a time. In all kinds of weather. My unit does not have schenteck slides. You read about alot of bad things on the forum, but I am more than pleased with my unit.

Does it have a curtain that you can close for privacy? We have a 305SKP also and it has a curtain at the entrance of the bedroom.

If it does not have a curtain, can you install an accordion door?

I would imagine it would depend on the weight. Is the one in your picture made of wood? If I remember correctly you have a door that seperates your bedroom from the rest of your 5er. I have something that looks like the door in your picture, I just call it a curtain, and it is not made of wood.

Tommy, It's a vinyl door. Had one in our old 5er and it worked great. Not heavy at all. The frame you see around the door is an example of a doorway and is not part of the door.

Yeeep....that is what I got in my 5er. Just a different color. Had to move mine back about 6 inches to make room for the cabinet.

Yes it has an accordion type door. I was hoping for,a regular door. But the trailer has so. Many other positives going for it that I may have to give up on that.

I do like the look of the. Accordion door in the above picture. It looks. More substantial than the one that is in it. Now

You can buy a wooden interior rv door if you can install yourself. Here is an example from 1 website. http://www.keylinesaleselkhart.com/C..._Catalog07.pdf Surf the web for other sites.

We have a sliding door that sits in a rail at the top. It is hollow and about 5-6 inches off the floor. It does provide privacy but no sound proofing to any degree.
