Looking at a 2016 Cruiser Aire wondering about price

Just came across a 2016 Cruiser Aire 25SE for sale. Love the floor plan! It has everything we want. Just wondering about price. They have it listed at 27,995. Is that a fair price. It's like new.

Without knowing the full list of options it is kind of hard to know for sure. But a USED unit without options is worth about $25k so that price may be reasonable.

We purchased our 2016 CAF25SE Cruiser Aire new last May. Ours listed for $30,900 before our trade in. Depends on options but that's going to be close. I would guess if it's used probably between $20,000 and $25,000. Is what I would offer. We love ours. Does it have two slides? And you might want to check the awning. On ours they had put the wrong arms on from the factory and the awning would actually come down over and hit the kitchen slide. We had ours replaced under warranty.

After checking similar units for sale, you are comparable to those units. You didn't state whether it's a leftover new unit or a used unit.

Thank you, we were not able to look at it today, but going tomorrow. I will mention the awning issue to my husband. The dealer said it had one other owner. I'm assuming being a 2016 it's in new condition. We like that it is a smaller 5th wheel. We camp at a lot of state parks. Many of them say 24ft, I'm hoping this 5th wheel would still make the fit.
