Smile New Here

Thank you for this forum. We are new here.
We own a 2012 Sunset 30RE and pull it with a 2011 Chevy 2500HD 6 lt gasser 4x4.
We now have 367000 miles on the truck and only a few 1000 on the trailer. That will change this year, we are leaving to go out west in November 2018 and hope the truck keeps running as well as it is now.
We are planning 6 months on this trip and see how it goes from there.

Welcome aboard Ron.
Enjoy your camper and have a good trip this next winter.
I have to say tho--you are a braver man then I am, to tackle a trip like that with that many miles on your tv.

lol I wouldn't call it brave, there are better words for it probably. However the truck still runs like new and my backside fits the seat well.

There is a lot to be said about, confidence, and a positive attitude, which you seem to have. So don't let my post or anybody else influence you to decide to purchase a new tv--which could end up being a troublesome thing in it's self.

Welcome from Mo.
Good luck on your trip. The mileage on your truck may be high but with very good maintenance it should be good to go.
