Hi there! Welcome to the CrossRoads family! Our members are very knowledgeable and will have an answer to almost any question you could ask :-)

I am here on behalf of the CrossRoads factory, so if you have any warranty/factory related questions or concerns, just give me a shout. I'm happy to help!

Welcome to the forum. Great place to gather info on your new crossroads product.
You may have one of the antenna without the crank - MOBILE OMNI-DIRECTIONAL WIDEBAND ANTENNA

Jerry, my new st26rb has an antenna that does not move/crank up. It does work pretty well though once the antenna booster button is pressed.
