Greetings all! My wife and I are looking at a 2008 ST 19-CK. At least, I believe that is the model. We are downsizing from a 31' fifth wheel. We just have the two of us and will also use the trailer as a guest house for company on our little acreage. We really like the floorplan and I have read a number of posts about the quality, etc. I realize the trailer is 9 yrs old, but it seems in good shape and being well versed in construction and mechanical skills, just can't convince myself to pay $16K - $20K for a "new" unit that may have issues.
Welcome from NC. Check it out good. There's nothing wrong with a used unit if it's been taken care of.
