The wife and I purchased our Zinger 27RL last November as an early 25th wedding anniversary present to each other. We absolutely love the floor plan, quality of construction, and thought that went into the design. We're no newbies when it comes to RVs- having owned everything from pop-ups to Class C motorhomes and have been to a good number of states with an RV.
We've made our maiden voyage just this last week and other than some sway issues and a family emergency back home - all went pretty good. I'm working on determining if my current WD hitch is properly set up to ensure weight is transferred properly or if I need to invest in a more dedicated system than just a dual friction plate set-up. Once I get the sway under control, we'll be out and about as much as work and family obligations permit.
I've got a no-name round bar WD hitch with Husky brand friction sway controls. I tow with a V-10 powered E-350 van that I used with our last trailer and had very little sway problems.
First off, welcome to the forum. There are some videos on You Tube for wieght distribution hitch with sway control set up or installation that may guide you in the right direction. Enjoy your new rig.

Those You Tube videos are how I began to suspect that the problem was in the hitch. I still may invest in a dedicated WD/Sway Control system to simplify the hitching process. It won't be long before I won't have kids along to assist.
