Just looking for a opinion.

First thing you need to do is check the payload of your F150 from the drivers door post. That 27MK is 31' long has GVWR of 10080lbs (the 24RL weighs more) making approximately 2300lbs (23% of the GVWR) of pin weight + the weight of the hitch + the weight of everyone/everything in/on your truck that didn't come from the factory, don't know of many 1/2 tons of any brand capable of that kind of payload. The name "1/2 ton towable" is a sales gimmick, same as 4 season, Artic packages, Polar or whatever cute name that may call them.
The 2 most useless numbers when calculating weights towing RVs are #1 the max tow rating of any truck & #2 the dry weight of any rv. Most trucks will exceed their payload long before they'll tow that rated weight concerning RVs. The dry weight of an rv was the weight it rolled out the factory door, the dealer then adds batteries, propane, usually test water system which will never be completely drained, so that rv will NEVER weigh that dry weight again.
Most any truck of any brand or size can "move" heavy trailers, but are not capable of "carrying" the weight.
Not trying to rain on your parade, but in my opinion you don't have enough truck for either of those choices to tow it safely or within the weight limits of your truck.
