New to the site

Hello all!! Family finally grew out of our camper and the boss let me get a 330BH(which I pick up Saturday) Anything issues with the 330BH that I need to keep an eye out for? Glad to be part of the group and look forward to posting some pics of us enjoying the new camper.

Keep an eye on the roof seals. The factory does not do the greatest job all the time at hitting the seams/edges with enough caulk especially the rear corners. Watch for screws popping up there as well. The roofs are not walk-able either so be careful. This is industry wide nothing specific to Crossroads.

Enjoy the new rig. Safe travels.

tott9713 comments are good advice. We had a 2011 330BH. We loved the layout but had issues with the front cap staying sealed. The front cap and frame supporting it flexes when traveling and the seals tend to break loose. You really need to stay on top of the seals including those around the marker lights. If you are storing outdoors you need to watch the seal between the roof and top of the front cap or you can end up damage that can only be fixed by replacing entire sets of panels..very very expensive fix.
Ours had separation up there and we had to seal it up despite the fact it was stored indoors over the winter so even sitting you can develop cracks/gaps in seals from just expansion/contraction of materials with the temp changes here (Ohio).

Also, periodically check the seal/connections on the sinks. Our kitchen sink had issues and had to reseal around the sink or you can get water in the cabinet below as well as damage the counter.

Get yourself a couple tubes of lap sealant, clear sealant, and black sealant and examine every seal on the trailer for cracks, gaps.

You can pay the dealer to do a "pressure test" of the trailer and find the smallest of leaks, but diligently checking the seals I think works just as well.

As previously stated, it's not a Crossroads issue, it's how all the manufacturers build ultralight trailers.

Best of luck, welcome to the forum and enjoy that trailer. Great layout.
