Welcome to the forum; it's great you came out of hibernation. As a NE PA resident spring is not coming fast enough.

Hello and welcome. If it makes you feel any better it's supposed to get Down to 9 degrees here in NC on Tuesday ( and we're not even in the mountains). What happened to having warmer weather in the south? At least the rv shows are coming around soon.

Gee whiz, it looks like everyone is pretty cold today and getting colder tonight. Please take care and stay warm. We are going to the single digits tonight in VA but will be in the 60s this weekend. Just crazy. I just hope it is cold enough to kill the mosquitoes that we had too many of this past year.

We have had a terrible time with ticks the last couple of years. Maybe this will do them in.

Here in NE Ohio we are having -7 and -20 wind chill as I type. I am looking forward to the IX centers RV show. Even though we just replaced the ol' Jayco, it's still fun to look!

HI DWags and congrats on the new Sunset Trail. We actually aren't waiting for camping weather up here in VT. We're moving to Alabama the 25th of Jan. Should be able to start camping in Feb.

I guess our camping season is sort of going to start week after next. I have booked a week at a state park just south of Tallahassee, Florida, where we have gone for the past couple of years. Long term weather, so far at least, seems reasonable with 40's at night and 50-60 during the day. Of course, I will probably have to winterize again when we get back home to SW Georgia, but it won't be long that we can do more weekend camping. And, I've got another 6 days booked at the same state park in April.

Whereabout in NE Ohio? We live in Canton...not too far from HOF.

We are also going to IX on Saturday. We only used our new Zinger 2X before closing up, but I love looking at the campers and stuff. Kids enjoy it, too!

We live in the metropolis of Alliance. We camp a few weekends a year at Cutty's Sunset but mostly roam from State Park to State Park, and our driveway also. We are heading up to the IX on Sunday.
