My name is William and I am new to this forum as well as RV owning. I am about to purchase the ST320BH. Would love to hear what people here think of the Crossroads RVs. Thanks!

Quality Product with Good Designs and materials. You still need to do your job by making sure they are building your coach the way you would build it. Do Not Rely on the Dealer to do Your Job. Congratulations, Welcome, and Enjoy!!

As with any rv you better be somewhat of a handyman with a little experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical & enough tools to work on all of the above or plan on the dealership having your rv the majority of the time. IMHO Crossroads has been very good to work with, but the rv industry as a whole has a HUGE LACK OF quality control, regardless of the price, so being able fix most of the minor stuff yourself will save you a lot of time & aggravation.

Have to agree with travelin texans with his assessment...You will tend to hear more negative comments than positive for the most part on this forum, because this is where the DIY'ers come for information on how to fix something or to do a MOD...I for one have owned two CR products and have been happy with both of them...

First of all, welcome to the forum. I've had my Cruiser for 3 seasons now and I'm very satisfied with it. There were some minor issues the dealer took care of but overall it has been a problem free Rv.

Welcome to the forum! Our Sunset Trail is our 2nd RV and don't have any complaints at all. We have had only a couple minor items since we bought it and all of them have been quickly resolved under warranty. We are super happy with our purchase.
