I got a 2015 27RL fifth wheel Cruiser Aire
but I have a problem, we are in Ontario Canada and camp at provincial park ,
no water no sewer hookup, fill up at the filling station, how do I add more water once on site, at the back of trailer I have a hose connection and a switch, winterize, normal, tank, I know how to do it at the filling station, but not sure how to do it on the site.

When you fill your tank at the filling station, do you just put the hose end into the fresh water tank opening on the back of your trailer? That is how I do it. If I need more water when we are staying for a longer period of time, I have a blue plastic water jug with a pour spout on it. Just have to put the spout in the fresh water filler and pour.

no I have to connect the hose to it, like I was going to winterize it.
Like I said this is all new to me, I have always had the kind that you put the hose into on opening.

I have never seen an RV that you couldn't fill the water tank by taking a cap off and sticking the hose in the opening.
You mean they have eliminated that on your RV?

I agree with Frank. I checked out your unit and on the back is a locked compartment looks like a shower compartmet perhaps that is were you fresh water fill is. I think I like the fact that is somewhat secure. I hope that is your solution'

I see what you are talking about now. I have to admit, I've never seen a setup like that. You apparently have to turn the indicator lever to point at where you want the water to go?
Did you buy new from a dealer? If so maybe they can explain your setup to you better then we are doing here.

Somebody there should be able to tell you how to get water in your tank if you're dry camping with no water hookup.

Expand his pictures guys, you can just read the writing behind and around the pointer lever.

Four Positions, Four Functions

• City – Pressure feed fixtures from 3/4" hose connection on backflow preventer.
• Normal – Pump from the on-board tank to the fixtures using on-board pump.
• Tank – Pressure fill the tank from 3/4" hose connection at backflow preventer. 100 gallons
  in 7 minutes.
• Sanitize/Winterize – Draw in sanitizers and winterizing fluids from a bucket utilizing the
  on-board pump.

Hello Guys. I decided to jump in here because I was confused by the whole thread. I also have a new 2015 Cruiser Aire 27RL (haven't even taken the maiden voyage yet)....but this is what my water hookup looks like. One port is for the city water. One is to fill the tank. And one is to flush the holding tank. And my winterization valve is in a whole different part of the trailer. Is it possible that they use different connections on the same model of trailer? Or am I totally confused about what y'all are discussing. I would appreciate any understanding that any of you can offer.

What we're talking about is a whole different setup for water than what you have. Some older rv's has the different setup like discussed above. Nothing for you to worry about.

I had the same problem
I take a barrel or a jug whichever is more handy then I use a small water pump to pump the water over

Or I have a short hose that I put a funnel in that allows me to fill the tank

Not being able to just dump water in the tank is not very handy

I find no way to "pour" water into the tank with this control valve either.
Any suggestions anyone
