Should I buy?

Good morning all from a new member in MN.
I'm looking at a never used ZT18SS, (2016). In general, I'd like to hear from as many of you as possible about your impressions of the quality and craftsmanship of the Crossroads brand. Obviously, you users will have firsthand knowledge/experience with the brand and any issues/flaws or testimonials that may be helpful in making the decision to buy this unit.
it appears in excellent condition but I'm a newbie and overwhelmed by all the brands out there.

thanks to all for as much guidance and suggestions in advance!

I had an '04 and now an '11 Cruiser. Neither has been perfect, but then a perfect RV is probably non-existent. I would judge both as average quality for the industry. After 2011 quality definitely dropped but it has also improved more recently. Anyway, your best input will come from owners with the same model year. Also, regardless of brand, model or year, unhappy owners will always be more vocal than happy ones.

I haven't had any major problems with my Sunset Trail.

We have a 2015 270RL and haven't had any real big issues yet. Just small things that I usually just take care of and keep camping.

I don't have a ZT18SS but my 5er is a 2016. I've owned 10 campers in the past 18 years. No major problems just traded around from smaller to larger back to smaller than back to Medium size. I owned a Crossroads 36' in 2010 and now own a CAF25SE 2016. I've never had major issues but I think all can have some problems.

Thanks for your comments. I would ask then, what are the "small" problems you've had?

My 2010 I had the motor on one of the slides twist off and had to be repaired. My new one now Crossroads had put the wrong awning on and it had to be replaced. That's it. Not a lot and all was covered under warranty.

This is the 4th season for my Cruiser Patriot. Have had very little problems. Awning lights, slide gasket, closet door and sofa. All were covered by Crossroads. Thankfully, no major problems. I find the build and quality to pretty good. Don't think you will ever find a manufacturer that has zero problems with their rv's.

Curved interior panel and baseboard was loose, many staple holes not caulked, drawer latches needed adjusting to keep drawers closed while traveling, also drawer supports needed readjusting/reinforcing, water pump check valve failed and replaced under warranty. Outside storage door latch wouldn't hold, replaced under warranty.

Biggest issue was excessive frame flex in the gooseneck area. Repaired under warranty. This may not have been necessary, other owners did not get this fixed, yet after 5 yrs they have not had problems.'

I changed the routing for the slideout wiring harness, factory setup was pinching the wires and putting too much stress on the carrier.
