Thinking about buying a hct33bd

New member here-My husband and I are thinking about buying a Hill Country 33bd. We loved the room and other standard features. Any information you might have on Hill Country or on the 33bd specifically, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Which Explore USA store are you buying from?

Thinking abou a HCT33bd

We were working with Explore USA in Denton. Any experience with them or with the trailer?

We've got a 2016 Hill Country 26RL from Seguin. Did look at the 33BD but we've no need for bunkbeds so we went with a smaller model that we could use as a mobile office for a couple of years before we start dragging it around the country.

If you are experienced RVers, there's probably nothing I can add that you haven't experienced before.

We really did like the styling of the Hill Country packages. The entire HC series is build specifically for sale in Texas by the ExploreUSA chain. The outdoor kitchen was a must-have for us and having the rear bathroom is nice.

When do you close the deal?

We have a 2015 Sunset Trail Reserve 33bd. Bought it in September 2014. Overall, we love the space and features. Be aware that the total length may be 38' if you have the bumper mount spare tire. 36'11" without. That is an actual tape measure physical measurement, not the brochure length. We had to find a 40' storage unit. If you have specific questions, just ask. Robb

Rear Ladders on the 2015 hct33bd?

I have been looking online and at an Explore dealer at a 2015 hct33bd. I forgot to ask the dealer but I haven't seen any 2015's that have a rear ladder. Do you know if this is the case?

Welcome to the forum! We have a 2016 Sunset Trail 33BD which is the same model with different badging.

We bought ours in August and love it! My wife was a little worried about the length when we first picked it up, but it tows really well.

Let us know if you have any specific questions about the floorplan.
