My husband and I are looking for a campground in Pigeon Forge. We are planning on going the first week of June for an anniversary getaway, kids are staying with grandma. Any recommedation on a nice campground. Thanks Tammy
Also stayed several days at Creekside in June, very nice park nearall the attractions. Best sites are along the river or in the back section, otherwise you ge some traffic noise from the road along side the park. Take the drive to the Smokey Mtn. National Park and hike to Clingman's Dome, worth the short trip.
The Rivers Edge Rv park in located just before light #10 in Pigeon Forge. It is one of the cleanest parks we have in town. its on the river and very shaded with large oak trees. they have a web page.
If you are a Passport America member you might want to check into Eagle's Nest. It's a nice campground and they let us us PA for the entire 10 days we were there.
